Welcome to my corner of the world wide web, I'm Jade! I'm the owner of jade[d] hair + art studio, in Bonavista, NL. I'm also a National Artistic Educator for Matrix Canada.

I'm a Red Seal Certified stylist and have a flair for the creative side. I like to get artsy and craftsy. A major value of mine, is education. I just feel like you can learn something in any situation from anyone.

A little more personal, I'm a mom, I have a little kiddo and 2 German Shepherds. I've been with my partner for like an eternity (15 years). I love the lifestyle that rural NL brings, just getting to take in the ocean breeze everyday is such a stress reliever. I enjoy anything comedy or paranormal - nothing quite puts me to sleep like a spooky series or book. Loves it!

​As for my brand, it's been carefully curated by yours truly - heavily influenced by lighthouses. These structures are symbols of light, individuality, existentialism, resilience, strength, and hope. Traits I admire and look to absorb. And then, lighthouses also tie back to the beautiful province I call home - Newfoundland and Labrador!
